The 10 best wedding venues under $5,000 in Orlando and Central Florida

Bride in white dress and groom in blue suit holding hands in front of whitewashed brick home underneath wood balcony with guests seated in foreground

Making a wedding budget is one thing. Sticking to it is another.

When planning your wedding in Orlando, you start out optimistically, wedding budget in hand, to find a beautiful wedding venue under $5,000. Hours later, you’re 25 tabs deep into venue research, only to find the places you love are either far outside your budget or, even more frustrating, don’t list pricing at all.

That’s where we come in.

As a wedding photography & videography team based in Orlando, we’ve personally worked at many of Central Florida’s top wedding venues and are here to share our picks for the most beautiful, affordable wedding venues in Orlando under $5,000.

What does “under $5,000” mean?

This list considers wedding venue pricing only, not total costs including rental costs, catering, set up fees, etc. Some of these venues require in-house catering; others may allow you to bring your own food from another vendor. If your maximum wedding budget is under $5,000, be sure to review our post outlining the 10 best wedding venues under $2,000 in Orlando & Central Florida.

What does under $5,000 actually include in Orlando?

  • The venues in this post offer pricing under $5,000 as a venue rental fee only.

  • Some venues listed only offer all-inclusive packages, where catering must be booked through the venue at additional cost.

  • For all venues, additional costs for catering, tax and service fees may not be included.

  • All-inclusive packages often do not include additional wedding costs such as photography/videography, attire, cake, décor, officiant, etc.

  • Many of the pricing options are seasonal, as noted underneath each venue.

  • Some venues may include catering minimums.

As always, be sure to contact the venue for the most accurate pricing.

Who this budget works best for:

  • Couples seeking to keep venue rental cost (before catering & fees) at or below $5,000

  • Couples planning weddings of 150 guests or less (with exceptions)

  • Couples open to weekday or Sunday weddings

  • Couples prioritizing venue aesthetics, not looking for the cheapest option but wanting to maintain overall affordability

  • Couples flexible with off-season dates

Who are we, and how did we compile this list?

We’re a wedding photography & videography team based in Central Florida who believes that you deserve amazing wedding memories no matter the size or budget of your wedding. With 5+ years experience capturing dozens of weddings at many of Orlando’s best wedding venues, this list is primarily our own opinion of the 10 best wedding venues under $5,000 in the Central Florida area. The results are based on our own relevant experience at many of these venues; pricing research; and overall popularity among Orlando couples. As much as we would love to compile a list of every wedding venue within this price range, we have to limit ourselves to just 10!

All pricing is based on our research as of spring 2026. Please contact the venues for the most accurate and up-to-date pricing.
