The Venue at Gentry Pines offers both a Classic and an Intimate wedding package. While the robust Classic package clocks in at $6,360, their Intimate wedding package only costs $1,500—an incredible value given the stunning beauty and modern amenities provided by this venue. The Intimate package is for wedding ceremonies only so your wedding reception must be taken offsite, but does include the full use of the wedding ceremony site and the groom’s getting-ready suite for 4hr venue access.

We love a historic home turned wedding venue, and the Victorian charm of Capen House is truly unmatched. Regarded to be the third oldest house in Winter Park, FL, Capen House is now a breathtaking wedding venue exuding modern elegance mixed with Southern grace. Exchange vows in the lush lakefront backyard, dance the night away with your nearest & dearest on the home’s brick-paved patio, and capture intimate bridal portraits among the home’s historic features. Weddings at Capen House have the option of either indoor or outdoor festivities, with indoor space holding 125 guests standing / 80 seated and outdoor seating accommodating 150+ guests.

Capen House is one of Orlando’s most popular historic home wedding venues, yet their pricing is surprisingly affordable for 6 or 8 hour rentals of the full property (12hr rentals clock in just above the $2,000 mark). Peak wedding season (October–April) pricing for a 6hr rental is listed at $1,750 for weekdays, with off-season (May–September) weekday pricing of just $1,250 or weekend pricing of $1,750. An 8hr rental on an off-season weekday is still an affordable $1,750 as well, with weekends or peak season pricing hitting into the $2,000 and up range—a great option if your budget has a bit more wiggle room.

How much does it cost to get married at Tavares Pavilion on the Lake?
You can choose to either reserve the space by the hour, as a daytime block, or as an evening block. Hourly daytime rates start at $150/hr for the lower level or $350/hr for both levels (you’ll want to reserve both the upstairs and downstair spaces, which are priced separately); daytime block rates start at $1,750 for the full building; evening block rates Mondays through Wednesdays start at $1,750; and preferred evening block rates (weekends and select holidays) range from $2,200-$8,000 (the latter being New Year’s Eve, hence the significantly higher cost).

Last but certainly not least is the lush scenic grounds of The Garden Villa in Winter Park, FL. This gorgeous outdoor wedding venue is located just minutes from downtown Orlando within charming Winter Park, FL yet feels like a truly otherworldly space. We actually attended a wedding as guests here in 2020 and it honestly was one of the most beautiful weddings we’ve ever been to. The property includes a lovely green lawn space, a brick-laid patio, and an indoor banquet hall. While the wedding we attended held the ceremony out on the lawn with an outdoor reception on the patio, couples could also choose to exchange vows on the spacious patio and seat guests for an indoor wedding reception in the banquet hall (up to 125 guests).
How much does it cost to get married at The Garden Villa?
The wedding venue’s 5hr Intimate Garden Villa Package starts at $995 for either weekdays or weekends (based on availability). Longer rentals are available for slightly higher rates—if you can stretch your budget, we’d recommend considering their 8hr Weekday Package, which starts at $2,250.
